PFMC just signed on our 24th client in the matter of the 2018 Pole Creek and Bald Mountain fires in Utah. This is a tort claim alleging that the United States purposefully allowed lightning fires to burn in order to meet natural resource management objectives. Damages are expected to exceed $30 million dollars. Two claims have been filed totally over $5 million dollars. Many more on the way.
